Another Successful Corporate Event Planned by Eventing Tampa Bay

MY FIRST BLOG!

What better way to start Eventing Tampa Bay’s first blog off then with our newest client HR Contempo‘s Launch Party! We truly enjoyed working alongside CEO, Betsy Irizarry and her team to create a party to celebrate this new company with her closest friends and colleagues.

We were searching for a “cool” location in Tampa Bay with a modern feel to host the event and ultimately decided on the 1930 Grande Room in Ybor City, Tampa. This was my first time hosting an event at this location and I couldn’t be happier… great service, delicious food, easy to find and cheap parking just steps away.

Our in-house graphic designer created this custom invitation to be mailed to all guests.

We LOVE a raw space! We brought in this amazing day bed, ghost chairs and tables from AFR.

Guests signed this custom art logo to be later hung in our client’s office. What a great way to always remember this night and the important people that supported our client on her special night!

Most importantly… our client was GLOWING! We wish her success on her new venture – HR Contempo!
